Warning! This article contains spoilers for The Penguin episode 1
Surprisingly, The Penguin doesn"t include any DC logo despite the fact that DC Studios recently unveiled a new one. On July 26, 2024, DC Studios revealed its new company logo, which takes inspiration from the emblem DC Comics used from 1976 to 2005. Right from the start of episode 1, The Penguin"s cast and plot are clearly established, with Oz Cobb killing Carmine Falcone"s son in a sudden fit of rage, which leads him to cross paths with other veteran Gotham criminals, such as Sofia Falcone and Sal Maroni. The Penguin also drops some references to The Batman and Gotham"s corner of DC Comics lore. However, The Penguin is missing one major element that"s usually the first thing most DC projects present before the plot kicks off.
